About
Summer Stages Music Trail brings the buzz of a music festival to your resort or venue. Teams play a group of friends heading to the festival, and a game app guides them to GPS-located stages set up around the grounds.
The festival has seven stages, each devoted to a different genre. When a team arrives, the app unlocks challenges: solving puzzles, capturing photos and videos of festival moments and finding facts on the festival’s support website.
Teams plan their route, divide the tasks and keep moving to make the most of their time, earning points for every challenge completed.
The highest score wins. The format also works remotely, in hybrid teams or across several offices, so colleagues in Singapore, Jakarta or Manila can attend the same festival.
Learning outcomes
The game creates shared memories and plenty of conversation, which helps teams bond and keeps people talking long after it ends. Many groups are still sharing photos days later.
Each round encourages players to review how they solve problems and refine their approach. As information-sharing improves, scores rise.
Limited time and resources test team dynamics and push people to be creative and spot opportunities others miss. Teams that split up wisely and regroup quickly usually lead the scoreboard.
