About

Step into an immersive, continent-spanning challenge that transforms any indoor venue into a living map of Africa. Teams follow a digital expedition route, journeying from the pyramids of Giza to the Serengeti, Victoria Falls, the Okavango Delta and finally Cape Town, tackling 15 varied missions along the way.

Each mission blends app-guided puzzles with hands-on, real-world tasks: decoding clues, identifying tracks, planning scarce supplies, engineering a crossing, relaying critical information, solving routing problems and completing creative group challenges. Every success unlocks a new clue, resource or location, pulling the group closer to the final destination.

Built for groups of 10 to 500, this 2.5-hour experience runs smoothly in a meeting room, ballroom or similar indoor space. A smart app manages instructions, timing, submissions and scoring, while expert facilitators guide the flow and run offline activities. A shared progress display keeps the whole room engaged and builds momentum as teams race toward the finish.

Accessible to every personality and skill set, the experience rewards sharing information, listening, planning and adapting together, turning the venue into a buzzing exploration zone filled with friendly competition, creativity and one shared finish line.

Learning outcomes

This expedition gives participants practical opportunities to strengthen the behaviors that help teams perform under changing conditions. Across 15 missions, teams must interpret information, agree on priorities and act within time limits. App-based puzzles encourage observation, logical reasoning and confident decision-making, while hands-on tasks make communication, coordination and shared ownership visible. Participants learn to exchange ideas clearly, check understanding and draw on every person's contribution rather than relying on a single voice.

Resource and route challenges invite teams to weigh options, anticipate consequences and adjust plans as new clues appear. Creative and physical tabletop missions reveal how teams respond to setbacks, distribute responsibilities and maintain momentum. Because the challenges vary in style, everyone can contribute through analysis, imagination, organization, communication or practical problem-solving.

The journey helps teams balance speed with accuracy. Players discover the value of pausing to align, testing assumptions and learning from mistakes before moving forward. Friendly competition sustains focus and energy, while a shared storyline keeps everyone connected to one common goal.

By the finish, participants have practiced collaborating across different strengths, adapting to unfamiliar situations and celebrating collective progress together. A facilitated debrief helps teams translate these lessons into cross-functional projects and shifting priorities, reinforcing stronger, more resilient teamwork.
