Founder And Lead FacilitatorRyan Truong Van Hoang founded Asia Phoenix Team Building in 2013.
With extensive experience in team building, corporate events, tourism and facilitation, he has designed and delivered programs for companies and international groups across Vietnam.
His approach combines energy, practical understanding and meaningful reflection. He believes a successful team building program should create excitement during the event and positive value after it.
