Virtual Vault Heist
Crack the safe, beat the alarms and escape the vault together.

About
Virtual Vault Heist captures all the tension and drama of a classic bank heist in a multiplayer virtual reality game, and fits neatly into a conference afternoon or evening programme.
Teams puzzle their way through several levels, swapping headsets between stages so that everyone experiences a different next-level VR environment.
Along the way they face every kind of problem: cracking safes, defusing bombs, silencing alarms and, finally, digging their way out of the virtual world and back to reality.
Each level brings a fresh setting and a new challenge, and the team that works together best moves through the heist fastest. It is fast, immersive and full of laughter, as teammates shout instructions to whoever is wearing the headset and cheer every vault door that swings open.
Learning outcomes
Success in Virtual Vault Heist depends on absorbing information quickly, communicating it clearly and valuing what each colleague brings.
The player in the headset can only succeed if teammates outside trust them and listen carefully, while the people outside must describe what they know in simple, precise language.
With the clock ticking, teams learn to separate relevant information from noise and focus on what matters most for the problem in front of them.
Deduction and collaborative problem-solving are sharpened at every level, and because headsets are swapped, every person gets to lead at least once. Teams leave with a shared adventure to talk about and a clearer sense of how they communicate when the pressure is on, which is often the moment that matters most at work.
