One Lotus Garden is a collaborative team building experience inspired by the lotus, a symbol of growth, connection and collective strength. Participants work in teams to create individual sections of a larger lotus garden without seeing the complete final design in advance.

Each team receives its own materials, instructions and creative brief. Members must discuss ideas, divide responsibilities, manage time and work together to complete their assigned section. Although every team focuses on its own creation, each piece is designed to become part of something much larger.

Once all sections are completed, the individual creations are brought together for the final assembly. For the first time, participants see how their separate efforts connect to form one complete visual installation. The final reveal creates a strong shared moment and demonstrates how different ideas, skills and contributions can combine to create a meaningful collective result.
